We approached Phil as we were looking to develop an online solution for one of our products. When we had the initial idea we were convinced we were right. What Phil did for us was to challenge and ask the right questions. It would have been too easy for him to say yes great idea and then help us run with it. After our conversation it was clear that what we had in place already was doing what it needed to do. What particularly impressed me about Phil was his integrity, approach and his engaging manner. So easy to talk to it felt like I'd known him for a long time and that's the biggest compliment I could pay.
