When I approached Phil I was unsure as to which way to turn going forward. I was at a significant cross roads and wanted to share my thoughts with someone else. I needed someone to either confirm what I was thinking, or to be honest and tell me I was barking up the wrong tree. Working with Phil is enjoyable, as well as informative and it all felt quite relaxed. He's another pair of eyes and ears for the business. He challenged some of my preconceptions on what I should do, offered suggestions and a different spin on things, discouraged some of my ideas but also gave me reassurance. In the end I answered my own questions, and gave myself the answers I was looking for. I got the reassurance that I was probably correct in my initial thinking, but I also got some re-direction too.
