Introducing Phil Fraser
Been there, done that, got the t-shirt; I successfully founded, ran and subsequently sold a multi-award winning online gaming affiliate business in a multi-million pound sale to a plc.
You can have that business experience by your side to help and support you as a Business Owner to improve you and your business.
So let me tell you a little about my journey to becoming a Business Owner, like you;
Advertising
I spent 15 years in the advertising industry, first selling advertising space in magazines and then seven years in a fantastic Leeds advertising agency.
Online Gambling
I joined William Hill in 2000 to launch their first ever online casino. During my time at William Hill we came across Online Bingo.
Pitch and pivot
After leaving William Hill I pitched for angel investment for what would have been the UK’s first ever pay-to-play online bingo site. And failed. However, off the back of the failed pitch we (accidentally) pivoted to create a completely different start up business; an online bingo comparison website called WhichBingo (and then a free-to-play online bingo site called FreeBingo) with zero funding.
Business growth
From this zero-funded home start up, we went through all of the growth phases and stresses & strains, blood, sweat and tears of growing into a profitable business.
Market leader
Over 18 years the business grew to become an industry authority, a market leader and winning many industry awards. We launched an annual industry sector report, launched the sector’s first annual awards for the online bingo industry and were the fist online bingo affiliate to advertise on UK TV.
Exit
In 2018 we sold the business to a PLC in a multi-million pound deal, completely the full business journey.

So what is Phil Fraser really like?
You will find me approachable, friendly and a no-nonsense, straight-forward person, interested in you, your business and your businesses development. You may also need to know that I support Leeds United, play 5-a-side twice a week, cycle, regularly holiday in Nerja in Spain, listen to The Undertones, The Clash and SLF and keep chickens !
